Iala Jaggs has been teaching and studying yoga since the 80's. She has studied Kundalini, Hatha, Kripalu and Bikram Yoga. AIRPORT VORTEX
Airport is a lateral Vortex. Its energy moves horizontally out to the horizon and beyond. This is the energy of the Roadrunner, the grounded angel, reaching out in a powerful way.
BELL ROCK VORTEX
Bell Rock is a vertical vortex. It reaches up to the heavens with its call. This is very male energy - a transmitter of sound, light and vibration. A great spot to place your call - CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?!
WIth this pose we become the conduit for the transmission to Spirit. We are the Marriage of Heaven and Earth.
SUGARLOAF VORTEX
This is the Heart of Sedona and Sedona is the thymus gland bridge from the human heart to the Divine Heart.

RED ROCK CROSSING VORTEX
Red Rock Crossing is a very feminine vortex. This vortex spirals down into the earth taking us deep into the nurturing arms of the mother. A place of succor.
Sedona Vista Vortex
This is a multi directional vortex. It is balanced male and female; a transmitter and a receiver. Moving out in all directions, heard in every
corner, felt in every heart.
Raven's Roost Vortex
This is the feminine aspect of the Divine. The Moon energy. This vortex embraces with its love. The heart of the Dove. Sweetness and peace.
SEVEN SACRED POOLS
A very powerful, very sacred site. Each of the pools represent one of the chakras in our bodies. Here we align our chakras, cleanse and clear and
activate them as we salute the SUN energy - the masculine of the Divine.
