BELL ROCK VORTEX

Bell Rock is a vertical vortex. It reaches up to the heavens with its call. This is very male energy - a transmitter of sound, light and vibration. A great spot to place your call - CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?!

WIth this pose we become the conduit for the transmission to Spirit. We are the Marriage of Heaven and Earth.

Each of the Vortexes in SEDONA is unique. They all have their own special movement. VORTEX YOGA moves with the energy of the vortex. You will learn to honor and acknowledge each of the vortexes and move as the Spirit of Sedona.
