SEVEN SACRED POOLS

A very powerful, very sacred site. Each of the pools represents one of the
chakras in our bodies. here we align our chakras. cleanse and clear and
activate them as we salute the SUN energy - the masculine of the Divine.

Each of the Vortexes in SEDONA is unique. They all have their own special movement. VORTEX YOGA moves with the energy of the vortex. You will learn to honor and acknowledge each of the vortexes and move as the Spirit of Sedona.
